1 Who can use this page

Anyone: readers, and the companies, projects, issuers or people mentioned in a report or lesson.

2 How to send a correction

Write to the address above with: (1) the URL of the page; (2) the exact sentence or figure you dispute; (3) what you believe is correct; (4) a source we can check (a link to a regulator, court, official filing or your own official page). Requests without a checkable source are still read, but we can only act on what we can verify.

3 What we do, and when

  • Acknowledgement within 3 working days.
  • Decision and fix within 10 working days for factual errors (a wrong date, figure, entity name, status). If verification needs more time (for example a register that must be requested), we say so and give a new date, never later than 30 days.
  • A corrected page shows a dated note ("Corrected on [date]: …") at the point of the change. Scores affected by a correction are recomputed and the change is logged.
  • If a fact is true but you believe it lacks context, we will add the context or your statement (7.4). We do not remove true, sourced and relevant facts.
  • If we do not agree that there is an error, we tell you why, in writing.

4 Right of reply

A company, project or person named in a report may send a statement of reply of up to 300 words. We publish it on the relevant page, unedited except for length and plain illegality, clearly labelled as the subject's statement, within 5 working days of receipt. A reply does not change a score unless it comes with verifiable sources (7.2).

5 Urgent matters

If you believe a statement is defamatory or causes you serious harm, say "urgent" in the subject line and we will respond within 2 working days. Where a serious doubt exists about a statement's accuracy, we may add a "disputed, under review" note while we check.

6 Log of corrections
